Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

-Returns and refunds are not accepted. Our items are all made to order, and are final sale. 

-We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. 

-We are not responsible if carrier cannot deliver your package due to incorrect address. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate.
